Japandi Real Estate was founded by Anton Wormann, a Swedish creator who has spent years on the ground in Tokyo — buying, renovating, and transforming homes himself. That experience shapes how we work: we know what international buyers value in a Tokyo home, and how to combine Japanese craftsmanship with Scandinavian design to create spaces built to last. We focus on Tokyo and the surrounding areas, and offer hourly advisory sessions for countryside or akiya projects.
